Who owns and controls my data?
When you upload and publish your data with Discuss Data, you are in full control over the data. You select a licence and set the access (open, restricted or not accessible).
Data published with Discuss Data remains the property of the original data creator(s). Discuss Data preserves, stores and disseminates the data for you, but does not own the data or hold any rights over the collection, unless added-value work (such as transcription) has been undertaken as part of processing in-house.
