Description
This collection contains the full reporting of selected journalistic, expert and business news services in English, Russian and German from 1994 to 2019. The collection contains over 1 million documents with a total length of over 500 million words from 92 news services. The list of news services included (with the periods covered in this collection) is given in the description.
The reporting has been archived as plain text (without graphic elements). The collection contains all texts in the askSam-database format , html (i.e. web browser readable) format and also as rtf and/or docx (Microsoft Word) files. The askSam-database offers a free reader for MS Windows which can be used for up to 30 days. The installation file is included in the data collection. The rtf/docx-files can be imported automatically into a database using „source[“ (for files from 1994 to 2005) or “Quelle[“ (for files from 2006 to 2019) as marker for each new entry.
